I spend most of my day in front of a computer which means that beyond my morning workout, I don't get much time to burn calories. This leaves me thinking about creative ways to get fit with the limited time I have.
When you are in the shower, standing in line or sitting at your desk - lift, tuck and squeeze your muscles. For example:
- Do calf raises
- Squeeze your bum
- Tuck your tummy
While it won't replace your workout, it will be an additional way to tone those muscles before that trip to Mexico this spring!
