So I probably look silly most of the time but I've made a habit of literally running (or walking really fast) to and from my destination.
When I am headed from the parking lot to the gym or the office, I am running, jogging or walking fast. When I am headed from my garage to my apartment, I am jogging and then running up the stairs.
Moving quickly to and fro will provide a little more exercise and it will save time. So laugh if you want, but I bet my heart is stronger than yours!
