Bringing your lunch to work is an easy way to eat healthy and save money. What you may not realize is how much time you'll save by bringing your lunch to work.
My recommendation is that you pack your lunch for the week, not just the next day. On Sunday nights, I spend an hour putting together lunch meals for the entire week. I store them in Tupperware and bring a few to work at a time (if not all).
By bringing them all at once I don't run the risk of forgetting to grab my lunch out of the refrigerator and I can get out the door in the morning with one less stop!
