With a busy schedule, to do lists can quickly get out of hand. Before you know it, you are spending the entire weekend running errands with no time left to play.
So my little trick is to try and squeeze in an errand or two during the work day. This allows me to cross some things off the list before the weekend arrives. Plus, it gets me out of the office for 10-15 minutes allowing me to get some exercise and give my brain a little break.
Here are a few of the errands I do during the work week.
- Bank: Deposit checks, get cash and pick up quarters for laundry

Drugstore: Pick up prescriptions, toiletries and household supplies
- Grocery store: dinner ingredients, lunch, an afternoon snack
