If you are making a nice meal or entertaining, fresh baked bread is a great addition. However, if you are just making toast or a burger, bread from the freezer seems to work just fine.
I buy double packs of bread at Costco and put one in the freezer. I also feeze hamburger buns and just take out and toast what I need.
Freezing bread and buns means I save time and money. It also means that food doesn't spoil therefore it doesn't go to waste.
