I'll be the first to admit that I am a horrible cook. So unless I receive a good tip from a friend, you won't see any cooking tips on this blog.
However, I am a healthy eater so naturally I am always searching for ways to eat better and eat fresher foods. I am an anti-oxident freak so I have berries of some sort for breakfast every morning. While they are super good for you, the downside to berries is that they go bad really fast. Raspberries seem to go bad the quickest so I definitely eat more blueberries and blackberrries.
You can, however, extend the life of berries by only rinsing off what you are eating that day, not the entire container. You can find other ways to keep berries fresh here.
